How do I place an order?
To place an order on GetZephyr, simply browse our store, select the product you like, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve added all desired items, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as other secure payment options that may be available at checkout depending on your location. All payments are processed securely.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. For orders within the USA, delivery typically takes 3 to 12 business days. International delivery times may vary, but we are working on expanding our shipping regions soon.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product if it arrives damaged or does not match the description. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
